Moderator Marsha- why is there an ISBN number listed inside for a paperback edition? Is there one available already as in a trade paperback? I only saw the hardback edition at the store.
Not that I'm aware of. Maybe they applied for the numbers for all formats at the same time so had it available to list. Just a guess on my part.

It's the price of a regular book and usually his short books appear later in a collection. With Gwendy I was won over by the illustrations and the story intrigued me somehow after reading the excerpt, but I found it disappointing in the end.
He called it almost a sequel to Gwendy in some ways. Is it directy related to that? Apart from being set in Castle Rock?

Something that is a part of the book Gwendy is mentioned in Elevation. Being there are references to things within the Gwendy's story that are also part of Elevation, it could easily be considered a sequel. ( a continuation)

Thanks. Does it answer questions left from Gwendy? I'm still not sure why she even got the button box in the first place.
