Jordan, I have rec'd this error message. After a few tries, I am able to connect. It has also occurred in the past. Both with Chromebook and Fire Tablet. Thank you!

Weird, huh? I had to log out, close my browser, clear my history etc. then log back in - something strange was going on here.
