Brian, Sharon's partner has just left us this message.

"Hello to all of Sharon's friends, My name is Brian, Sharon's other half. It is with a very heavy heart and sore eyes that I must tell you all that she passed away Sunday afternoon at 3:15. As per her wish's there is no services no notices. After her cremation her ashes will be taken back to Newfoundland to be place next to her mother and father."

...although I knew this moment was inevitable, it doesn't ameliorate the hammer-blow to my heart....Sharon personified grace in her pain, and dignity in the face of death...she stands as a monument to the strength of the human psyche and character...I only hope I can be this courageous when the Reaper stares me down....she has more than earned a red carpet walk into her clearing...I will miss her gentle sense of humor and our talks about Dean Koontz....I love you NaNa...the Tet has been lessened by your loss....

Now I DO have tears in my eyes - I was trying to be strong until I read this - very eloquent, Scott.
