Are you looking for something specific? If so, use the search function and it will bring up every instance of when a particular word, name, city, etc. is used. I love the search function!
Thank you CYB, I'm quite new to kindles. I was looking for what cologne George Stark wore in The Dark Half. After 48hours of searching Doc Creed gave me a clue.

SILENCE OF THE LAMBS OMGGG

I rememeber me and my pops watched the movie (i haven't read the book at that time) then they are start saying "quit pro quo". We literally paused the movie and we get our dictionary to search for the word before we resumed watching the film

Many on your list...and yeah, I'm with Champ, the cologne is driving me nuts. Heh! Stark used some Glenlivet on his face in the bathroom, thought that was it.
The Silent Wife, A.S.A. Harrison and many see comparisons here to
Gone Girl, Gillian Flynn
The Girl on the Train, Paul Hawkins

I really liked the telling in The Silent Wife, present tense for what that's worth, a back-and-forth narrative he said she said kind of thing, somewhat like the story I'm on now Hopeful Monsters just a tad of suspense in this one.

John Sandford's Prey Series
James Lee Burke
Ready Player One, Ernest Cline (read this one if you haven't)
True Evil, Greg Iles
Jo Nesbo...Norwegian writer...or is he Danish?
Bunch of Koontz stories...Watchers, Night Chills, Phantoms, Strangers, Fear Nothing, Seize the Night
Thanks for the suggestions. Ready Player One has been on my TBR list since it came out but I keep choosing other books. James Lee Burke is one of my favorite serialized writers. Dave and Clete are very funny.

Have you read her latest in the Jack Caffery series, Wolf? I loved all the books in this series except Poppet was kinda meh.
Is Caffrey the protagonist in the Mo Hayder books? I haven't read any of them yet. As long as it isn't like Gone Girl (which I hated) I think I will like this author.

You're welcome.
In the future, just click on the search icon and type in a word (in your case cologne) and you'll have your answer in seconds. I use it all the time to find characters who I forget about as I read a book. Sometimes a character is introduced early on and not seen again until much later. Going back to the first mention of the character can be quite helpful. Especially as one gets older. :D

I used it this morning to go straight to the epilogue of Pet Sematary. Thank you again.

I'll not mention any SK since we all know those. Here are some good ones:

The Executioners (aka Cape Fear) - John MacDonald
Marathon Man - William Goldman
The Poet - Michael Connelly
Heard a great story about Marathon Man the other day. Dustin Hoffman ran round the set (as part of his method acting) to get ready for a scene shot just after a run. And Laurence Olivier said to him "Dear boy, why not try acting"
