Sorry if this would be considered a side post, but I’ve also noticed on my smartphone when I try to log into SKMB, the keypad often disappears after keying a couple of letters and I have to keep retrying. Sometimes it takes me 4 or 5 tries to log in. Also happens quite a bit when I am attempting to make a post. Don’t know if it’s just my smartphone or the site.

That's a pity for the laughs, but makes it WAY easier for your programmers ...
Sorry but, so far, I wasn't able to see if my gf's cell has similar problems, would have been interesting, even more so considering that she has an Android ...

If you're willing to share the type of phone you're using and OS, that might help Jordan with troubleshooting.

I've also had problems on my iPad since downloading iOS 8.0.2. The curser sometimes won't appear in fields when I click on the field and the keyboard often pops up when I'm merely clicking on the like button.

I'm using Safari but I'll bet its an iOS problem.

Weird. When I first started this topic, it was for suggestions on how to reach these here boards. And now, even I'm adding to the pile called "Problems our smartphones have and this site shows them adequately".
Yes, I have had these exact problems, but posts confirming over and over again that many others have felt the same: they fit better on other message boards.

The SKMB has the fastest loading pages of any website I go to - maybe because there are no ads loading in the background. And it's free! :) If you want a quick link to the SKMB, you can place a shortcut on your phone's desktop/home screen. (That tip was the closest I could come up with that somewhat applied to the first question.)

I think aps are generally created by companies wishing to sell a product or service and their websites are too graphic heavy to load quickly.
