Always Hellmans. It's the secret ingredient in my Broccoli casserole. You'd never know. And weird but delicious: Costco at sample time they put salsa in mayo and served with tortilla chips - so good. And Mexican corn: corn on the cob, schmeared with butter and mayo and crema.

Always Hellmans....except in my crab salad. That has to be Miracle Whip.

Complicated? Really??
OK Try this
Get that slow cooker out of the closet...
Put in it a 2 1/2 or 3 lb beef roast (cheap cut -- blade, shoulder or short rib)
Chopped up a small onion and throw it in, around and on the roast
One 19oz can diced plain tomatoes, Pour over and around the roast.
Salt and pepper.
Put the lid on. Set the slow cooker on Low
Cook for 8 hours.

Gimme a break Ghost it doesn't get much simpler than that :)
I made this yesterday for relatives. Didn't leave it in as long because it was a smaller roast. They said it was tender though, so hope it is good! Yes, so easy and they had Angus roasts on sale for almost half price at the grocery store. Thanks for the recipe!

Glad you liked it Morgan :) Sometimes I use chili sauce (mild kind) instead of the tomatoes.

Great recipe for single dad cooking:
This grilled mushroom burger is better than a regular beef burger. Honestly! You get the same feel of having a patty and all the tasty toppings in between a bun, but you won’t feel lethargic after downing a bunch of beef. The portobellos get a nice, smoky flavor from the grill, plus the garlic, onions and goat cheese pair perfectly with it. Diced tomatoes and fresh greens add some crisp, and all the toppings are situated within the mushroom cap. Now that’s what I call a burger!
4 large Portobello mushrooms
(4–5 inches in diameter, 1 per person)
3 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 red onion, sliced in ½-inch thick round slices
⅓ cup goat cheese
¾ cup plum (Roma) tomatoes, diced
1 cup fresh arugula or spring mix
4 hamburger buns
Olive oil
