God Bomb--a Place For Prayers/positive Vibes

For some of the senior members of the board,you may recall I asked for prayers for a young man,Ben,who was in his mid teens at the time,suffering from cancer..he fought an incredible battle against that horrible enemy,and came back from terrible sickness several times.Such a fighter.He recently had some relapses,but was scheduled for more surgery,but he unexpectedly passed away this morning.He did beat cancer for years,I am guessing off the cuff at least five or six..
He was the son of two of my co workers,and had a younger brother and fiancée..I wanted to thank you guys for the prayers because I truly think your kind thoughts and prayers helped in his indomitable will to fight that monster,cancer,that has taken so many of our family,friends,and neighbors..Thank you again..

Nilla passed away this morning. She was our beloved family cat. Nilla came to us when she was a little kitten
2005 and she lived a long and a healthy life 12 years. But today was her time to leave and become a cat angel.

This has been a tough week for me and my family...

My parents cat Nilla became sick. She probably fell off the roof last weekend and hurt her back legs. My mom took her to the vet on Sunday morning and was pretty sure the vet can't safe Nilla. Thankfully the vet could do something for Nilla and she got medicine and my mom was able to her home. Nilla became better and we was sure she will recover
completely. But nope. This morning my mom had to take her to the vet again, when she suddenly had very hard to breathe and cough and her back leg didn't work at all. She
got water in her lungs and that's why she had to breathe. My mom rushed to vet with her. Sure that this time Nilla won't survive. A miracle happened again. The vet was able
to help the cat and she got new medicine and the vet said that now Nilla need a lot of rest and quiet time. Now she's resting and meow everytime she need help to turn when she is resting, her back leg is not carry her. Now we can only pray and hope for the best. If she's not get better by next week, we have to make the hard decision to put her to sleep. Nilla is 12 years old and she have been mine and my familys cat since 2005.

My partner have also been sick the whole week. He got toothache on Sunday and went to see a dentist on Monday, his one tooth was inflamed and the dentist did root canal treatment to the tooth. On Tuesday, his left cheek was swollen he couldn't barely talk and was in a lot of pain. He got antibiotic and painkillers. He have visit this dentist two
times already this week and still have one dentist appointment tomorrow. Most of the week he has sleep and rest. He have try to eat but it hurt everytime and he must eat
carefully. Today I asked him if he still have pain, he said that the tooth is better but the cheek is sore. Let's hope he is doing better on Sunday, it drives him crazy that he
can't do anything else besides rest.

Oh yes. Been a week full of sick critter and people. I'll pray everything gets better soon.

He said she has pneumonia, and has sent her for x-rays right now.
He wants to see her again at 4 this afternoon to determine if she needs to be admitted to the hospital.
I just can't stop crying for that little girl.

Aw Mary, I'm so sorry Kat is sick. I know you would take her place if you could. It's so difficult to watch our little ones suffer. I'm thinking of you and Kat and hoping for a quick recovery.

The good thing is, if she's admitted to the hospital, she can get the care she needs and get better soon. I was hospitalized for pneumonia about 10 years ago, and it was a relief to just lie in bed all day, taking breathing treatments and not coughing as much. Plus, grandma can buy her all kinds of goodies and make her feel even more special!

Karen just got out of x-ray, now is headed another place for blood tests.
Why in the hell can't they do all this in one frigging place? I am getting beyond upset.

My Granddaughters friend is being laid to rest tomorrow. please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. They have taken one suspect into custody and looking to question another.
