I've always wondered why you don't just buy the new releases in the store like the rest of us. ;-D
....I have been a member of the SK Library for years, and got some very hard to find books from them early on, so I still feel a certain amount of allegiance to them even though they are slower than a glacier moving backwards.....

I ordered a copy from an online book store. It has shipped and I await its arrival.
I love opening a new book and properly breaking in a new stiff spine hinge... laying the spine flat on the table, opening both book covers, running my fingers down the open spine, separating the pages equally on both sides working my way toward the center of the bound pages while running my fingers down the open spine, repeating until I have symmetrically lossed the hinge, closing the book and then settling into my comfy chair to appreciate the coverart before reading the book cover flyleaves.
Anyone, know what I'm talking about?

Aahhh, its been a long time since I treated myself to a new book... and a new Stephen King release seems quite appropriate for this event.
I look forward to reading SK for the first time, again.

Me too! I read so many ebooks, I forgot the excitement of opening a new hardcover.
I almost kissed the UPS dude when he handed me the package yesterday :a11:

:) I'm glad someone else loves hardcovers as much as me.
I anticipate much the same reaction to the delivery of Bazaar in a couple of days!
I'm looking forward to seeing the dust cover coverart; I hope it does look more alive in my hands than it does in promo photos, as some folks here have said. :smile2:
