Who refers to people. That and which refer to groups or things.
That introduces essential clauses while which introduces nonessential clauses.
If this, that, these, or those has already introduced an essential clause, you may use which to introduce the next clause, whether it is essential or nonessential.

Hmmm... English please?

Here's another one:
Someone calls and asks for you. Do you say "This is him" or "This is he"? I never know, so I just say "Speaking." ;-D
"This is he" is correct because you are renaming the subject of the sentence. You must use a subject pronoun ("he").
"This is him" is incorrect because "him" is an object pronoun.
In accordance, you would say "These are they," when you find something, for instance. I say that a great deal because I like the alliterative quality of it...
