For me, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story. So stupid, yet so funny. Never fails to make me laugh!
"If you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball!"

So ... I kind of can't believe I'm admitting this, but ... there is a movie called Nothing But Trouble from 1991. I would be surprised if very many of you have seen it. It stars Dan Ackroyd, Chevy Chase, Demi Moore, John Candy, and ... um ... has some weird musical cameos by Digital Underground. Yeah, I don't even know. It's just bizarre, but I cannot not watch it.

Shooter with Mark Wahlberg, Danny Glover, and Ned Beatty. It's not close to high cinema, and we have the over-the-top omniscient evil government conspiracy and just some ridiculous moments. But I like. It's one of those shows that I can just find, click on, and enjoy.
That's based on a book by Stephen Hunter,I have read five or six of his novels, the best being Dirty White Boys, give him a try!

My 18 yo is obsessed with those movies--lol. Just loves them! I remember seeing St. Elmo's Fire at least 6 times in the theater.
To quote myself from another thread reply that was to you as well, you Madame have excellent taste. The Brat Pack in all of their glory. I had a huge poster of Rob Lowe hanging in my teenage bedroom. Kinda wish I had it in my adult bedroom....

Anyone else brave enough to admit they like Battlefield Earth?

th

I had a John Travolta fan and L. Ron Hubbard sci-fan fan who said the movie was complete unadulterated crap that would make me bitterly regret the time I had taken out of my life to watch it.

DiO, it looks like the L. Ron Hubbard minions don't want your images staying on here too long. Not surprised.

You'd think they had better things to do, like preparing for alien invaders. :)

Speaking of Travolta, how many of you remember his dubious "romantic" encounter with Lily Tomlin in Moment By Moment?

I wouldn't really call it a guilty pleasure. But it sure is terrible.
