yep, The Gunslinger goes first. In Poland be have brand new edition of The DT series so it's about time to start without any excuses ;)

The new edition of The Gunslinger includes The Little Sisters of Eluria story. The story in Sisters' takes place before The Gunslinger, right ?

I am not sure about that, someone can answer this. I would think it does.

Have a pleasant journey, Sai. You won't regret it.

Yes, "Little Sisters of Eluria" takes place before the Dark Tower Cycle, though after the flashback events you'll read about in "Dark Tower IV: Wizard and Glass." Roland's search for the Dark Tower is still new here and he is already on the trail of the man in black.

Just an update. Not sure where u guys r at. I'm on page 272. My time is very limited right now. Always seems to get like that when all I want to do is read. Great so far. A lot going on and side story's all over the place. Had to go back a couple of times to get it straight. U got present day, derry in 58, cochoron murder, each kids story. Tons of characters. I love it.

I was the same but the opposite way around. I decided to read the novel because I really liked the film, which I watched first. I read it thinking
wait, bill doesn't have red hair, adult bill isn't bald, audra is Asian not Scandinavian, Eddie mum is scrawny not morbidly obese, etc.
Same here! I just recreated them in my mind, e.g. John Boy bald instead of a pony tail. A little hard to do sometimes but I've read IT so many times and it gets easier every time.
