Any fans here?
The first book I ever read by him, years ago, Tell no One, is still in my top five mystery/thriller books of all time.
Kinda like Se7en for the movies, unforgettable, you go back to it every so often to relive the magic.
Love his Myron Bolitair series, even though it kinda gets repetitive after book 5 or so, but his stand alone novels are usually the bomb.
Right now reading his new one, Don`t Let Go, hundred pages in, awesome so far. Only complaint is that it`s gonna be a short read, the book is only about 250 pages or so.
So, you`ve read him?
If not, give him a try, keeps you really on the edge of your seat most of the time.

Oh, in this new one, there is a beautiful shout -out to SK, when the main protagonist is walking along some train tracks and says :
" Walking these tracks instantly reminded me of that old Stephen King novel. "

That was awesome.

Oh, I have seen The Five, pretty good, did not know about No Second Chance, which is an awesome book.

I liked the No Second Chance adaptation better than The Five, which was pretty good.

I'm watching The Five currently and enjoying it. It's not based on a book though, is it? I understood that Coben wrote the teleplay (or whatever you call it), but it wasn't a novel to begin with?

You're right -- it's an original for TV.
