Do you know if Stephen King likes the books of Haruki Murakami?:smile-new::smile-new::smile-new::smile-new:

I've never heard King reference him. King seems to prefer more basic plot driven story tellers in the detective/suspense genre. So my wild guess is that it's not his thing. Murakami's books are more abstract. The only author that I've heard King reference outside of the horror/detective/suspense genre is Patrick O'Brian who wrote the Aubrey/Maturin historical fiction series. Great books!
