Moderator Marsha- do you know how many copies of this title have sold? I think this may be the first King title (in recent years) to not have sold out upon publication.

...probably due to the launch from a small press......

Not sure how many of the 30,000 copies have been sold but the Press is happy with sales so far. Launching from a small press and being a non-fiction book, even with the new essay by Steve, are a couple reasons for it not being a sell-out IMO. Plans are in the works for distribution to be expanded through an outside company to get more copies into bookstores but is not at the point where I can say more at this time.

Moderator - Has the University of Maine Press considered donating this book to some libraries? If a library needs to purchase the book, maybe at a discounted cost?
I honestly don't know if they've specifically approached libraries but even so, it probably wouldn't help those in Canada to have more access as I would doubt they'd do that internationally.
