Personaly I think if your gonna dish it some out, it's probably best to be able to take some back, and with something that resembles humor, at least at some point..said the master of the, for some cheap yucks, chuckles and giggles cheap shot...don't know 'the Latin', ain't somebody can help a fella out?

The OP was all kinds of grody, disrespectful and out of control to Flakess AFTER a long time member corrected him. And, yes the OP continued to be an ass hat after Ms. Flakes tried to steer him in the right direction. My point: If a newbie comes in guns blazing (like I did) maybe long time members who maybe, kinda , should know better, should let you, Flakes or Ms. Mod handle them. Or not. Just my opinion.

Seems like not many of us newbies hang around, regardless. This dude was a narc'ass'istic derf... I don't think it would have mattered who or what was said, it would have ended the same.

I think the OP was a little over board in countless ways. I agree but if he had not been poked in the eye with a sharp stick, he might MIGHT have been salvageable. He was a newbie. Doesn't have the experience of a nice board. I will cut him some slack. However, the long time members should know not to correct him if he needs correcting. The Mods can take care of a troll.

It just seems to me, we have newbies who come on board and they are slammed and kicked about and ...they leave...never to be heard from again. And we all sit back and say, "See! S/He was a troll!" Maybe, just maybe, if we had let the Mods take care of it they might have stayed.

...and I would be the individual who did the "correcting" Sig...I also never ordered him to do anything, tell him to do anything or belittle him in anyway-I simply asked something as a personal favor....and the Mods know quite well that I defer to them ALWAYS...

Okay, I think this thread may be upsetting members now and because any issues have already been discussed and solved privately (meaning it doesn't need to be brought to the thread--possibly creating further upset) I think we will just close this now.
