Hello everyone...
I've waited 2 weeks for a confirmation E-mail,just to find it in my Spam folder (duh)and now I'm in !!

Anyway,I'm Stephen and I found Stephen King, when I was a young teenager and into my Horror books.Owned "Carrie","Salem's Lot","The Stand",and "The Shining",although I must confess to only ever have finished ONE book in SL.

From then on,I saw plenty of SK movies, over the years. My Favourites being Kubrick's SHINING and Hooper's SALEMS LOT,and traumatized my kids with IT ...(they still hate clowns)

Over the last 3 years,I've given up work to look after my 29 year old stepson who is disabled.
As you can imagine, free time is limited, and when it happens,I've found I needed to escape the irritations and dramas of the REAL world, and get back to shutting off for periods of time..

I've now just turned 50 years old,and was drawn to pick back up on SK again..Bought myself plenty of SK movies to watch(some favourites and some not seen before),and bought IT in paperback,in order to read some favourites from screen..
Anyway,I'm not really a SK diehard fan,and wishing to read EVERYTHING he wrote, but just sticking to the HORROR/SUPERNATURAL/THRILLER side of SK.
I guess whatever direction we go,we all end back at the same place..and here!

Thanks for reading, and looking forward to sharing in the forum..
