They make me think of the snow-covered topiary animals from The Shining. Very cool.
Yesterday was almost a record breaker for the daily high temp - was in the mid forties! So nice. A nearby town was -21 on Thursday and 42 above on Friday. Crazy stuff.
We had record setting high temps here in Colorado Springs yesterday. It was 77F! It was pretty windy, but so nice and warm! Very unusual for it to get that warm in February.
The snow is not all melted, but it is warmer and sunny without much wind. Nice enough actually to go outside back in the days when I was filled with youthful strength and ambition.

Woke up this morning to trees coated with ice and more on the way...add to that extreme wind gusts and below-freezing temps predicted for tonight and into tomorrow morning and I'm just praying power stays on.

He is doing so much better, thanks for asking!
2017 is his year so far! He hasn't had a bad day at school since before Christmas break. There are still some behavioral issues, mainly at home, but not as often and any meltdowns have been short-lived.
I believe the huge change came mostly through prayer

Have had about a foot of snow, maybe a couple inches more so far but hard to tell as it's windy so the snow is drifting, and it's still snowing.
