She does indeed. We're also wearing "Kelly Green" ties with the tuxes...which are going to look ridiculous I'm sure...but, it's all about what my fiancee wants that day..lol....Yeah - what’s up with that?

Yeah, we never get to keep it long. I'd gladly trade for Winnipeg's snow! We're heading to the mountains tomorrow morning for our Suncadia weekend so there should be some real snow there. We're packing the sleds.Will this all melt before you know it?

I think in their neck of the woods that style was never in vogue. But I hear camouflage hunting gear is all the rage.

Yes ma'am. I'm not sure I could actually get married in that...lol. My best man was ALL for the full kelly green tuxedos but I literally told I'd kill him if he didn't shut up when he was over discussing the matter with us. He's very short and thinks he would make a good leprechaun in this kind of tuxedo. My fiancee said she never really intended on making me wear a tux that color but that it was fun to watch me sweat it out....she can be evil occasionally...lol

Her father, who is marrying us, IS actually going to wear a kilt, apparently. He's very into Celtic history and everything else Celtic and told me he's very much looking forward to marrying us. He looks like a Viking or Celtic warrior anyway with how tall he is and his very, very intense eyes, spooky dude, no lie..lol
On a side note, it's nice to watch Tamara and her father communicate over the phone and in person planning this wedding. Tamara had a rough time for several years and wasn't allowed to be close to her father, who she obviously completely loves, adores, and looks up to. Even though she's just a bit younger than me, what he says to her is taken with the utmost consideration and respect and I get the distinct feeling he very much enjoys being able to be close to her again as much as she is to him. Bill is about as crappy as I am at imparting what he feels to another guy, but there seems to be a high level of respect between he and I, and I hope that continues into the future.
