Yep, that holds an attraction for me too. I have read so many books and theories about this....I am sorta weird with him.

What about the Zodiac. That would be interesting too. Scary, Scary, Scary!

Also, Why we are here is always a good one to know. Why am I in this body? I use to wake up in a cold sweat about that kind of stuff. Scary.

And, what do dogs or cats really think about us? Would love to get inside my dog's head!

There are definitely times I don't want to know what my cat is thinking!

And what happened to Natalie Holloway?

That's one I would like to know too. I'm pretty sure I know who did it but the how and why are a mystery and the biggest mystery is why did his parents lie for him. I understand parents wanting to believe their children but this was a lot more than wanting to believe. Dad knew there was a body and was able to stall things long enough for the body to disappear. Wanting to believe your kid didn't do something and knowing he killed a girl are two different things. I think maybe dad and son kept it from mom but I think that dad knew.

My guess is that the body went into the ocean. The salt water can destroy all traces quickly.

I think I'm pretty much done with my left nut anyway, so I'd give it up to be in Dallas, TX on 11-22-1963 and I'd also very much like to see what happened to the colonists at Roanoke, VA. I have my suspicions of what happened, but the whole damn thing is pretty creepy. Also, there is a Russian story, known as "The Dyatlov Incident" that I've been fascinated about for several years.

From the age of 13 to 30, Jesus was with Mary and Joseph, doing His carpentry thing, studying and learning, because back in those times, nobody would listen to a man speak, holding speeches, that is.
The unwritten law was that a man was not wise enough yet to say anything remotely interesting until the age of 30.

Thank you Srbo - now that you mention it, that was taught to us in school many years ago - I appreciate the memory jog! - you are a real sweetie! :peach:

I would want to know about Jack the Ripper also.

And Lizzie Borden.

And what the hell really happened to Jon Benet Ramsey?

Where is Jacob Wetterling?

And what happened to Natalie Holloway?
Just bumping this. John Walsh just did a review of Jacob Wetterling's case on his new show, The Hunt. I hope they find this kid or his remains. For the family.

Good Evening Everybody!

May all be well or on the mend.

There are a ton of things I would like to KNOW! Like for real. Know everything about certain things and how it all went down.

For example:

The JFK assassination.

Jack the Ripper.

Where Jesus Christ was between the age of thirteen until He came back. (I may be wrong on the bible things. Sorry.)

Stonehenge.

I'm goofy, huh?

I just have a strange desire/need to know all the details about certain things and phenomenons.

What would you give your left ovary or ...ummm...nut ....to Know?

Ha!

Thank you for any and all replies.

Peace.
Each of the above and many of the mysteries mentioned in the thread will always fascinate me. I'd like to travel to the edge of the Universe to see what can't exist. I'd like to understand Quantum Physics, or Physics, generally. And Calculus, just 'cause I like the word calculus. As for JFK, in terms of shooters, I've finally come to a conclusion which satisfies me, which is that Oswald was the only one; however, I'd really like to know if others were behind the assassination and who they were (are). The Jon Benet mystery still bugs me, though I'm satisfied that the police were on the wrong track the entire time, being mislead by personal biases. I guess Jack the Ripper remains the single most interesting mystery to me, because of the frustrating fact that were the killer to operate (no pun) today he'd almost certainly be caught and quickly.

I would like to hear what you think happened at Roanoke.

Had no idea this thread existed. It preexisted my time here.

Chicken or the egg.... the egg. You have a species from which the modern chicken evolved. Call it feral chicken. At some point, you would want to draw a line saying, here's where we'll say feral chicken stops and where domestic chicken starts (evolution doesn't work that way, but for illustration). Well, that first domestic chicken came from an egg that the last feral chicken of that line laid. So the egg came first. Puff away.

I don't have any great gotta-know mysteries that I can think of. I'm comfortable that we all have ignorance that is a natural consequence of our inability to know everything, and exploring those mysteries can be lotsa fun.

I once desperately wanted to know the meaning of life, but then I figured it out, and it took away all the fun of pondering it.
