Horrible.... I cant help but wonder what went wrong. Bridges like that shouldn't collapse if built right.

From what I can tell, it wasn't finished yet. The entire 174' long bridge was pre-fabricated and was set in place Saturday night. I read where it wasn't supposed to open until early next year so I assume that means they were still working on it. What I noticed was there was no center support. Seems odd to not have support beams on that long of a bridge. I'm searching for the video I saw earlier of them setting the bridge in place but I can't locate it. I've never seen it done this way before. If I can locate the video, I'll post it.
