Okay, we all know the royal baby came. Apparently his name is Archie. And supposedly he was born a couple days ago. But, can someone listen to this and tell me what you hear.

A reporter I think asks who the baby looks like and Harry responds around the 58 second mark that he has changed so much in the last 2 weeks. WHAT? Am I mishearing this? How is the baby a couple days old, but everyone is commenting on how he has changed so much in the last 2 weeks?

I listened a couple times and it sounded to me like he said "everyone tells us that babies change so much over two weeks" but I don't think he meant that the baby is two weeks old. Later he says "it's only been 2, 2-1/2 days".

The frenzy was caused by Prince Harry responding to a reporter asking who they think the baby boy looked like between the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex.

Prince Harry responded: “Everyone says that babies change so much over two weeks so we’re basically monitoring how the changing process happens over this next month really.

“His looks are changing every single day

There is distortion in the audio.

That makes more sense. I didn't pick up on a bit of that and even though everyone claims (as you pointed out Marsha) that the baby is only 2 something days old, it sounded like he slipped up and said 2 weeks. And then tried to correct that by saying 2, 2 1/2 days old later in the tape.

CONSPIRACY!!!!!!

sigh. Isn't that how sh*t gets started?

Nothing to see here. whispering..... Walk away. walk away...........

Denver is rounding up its Canada geese -- to turn them into food for the needy

Denver Colorado plans to feed Canada Geese to the 'needy' or 'less fortunate'

This was from July 2nd - I wonder how this plan is working out?

I always thought that goose liver paste was some sort of luxury -

r

I hope it works out for them as they can become quite a nuisance

People are drinking less alcohol than they used to, especially younger people because it's not considered cool anymore. A lot of them are choosing coffee or energy drinks instead of beer or wine. I know some guys who still drink beer and I'm ok with that, especially during the playoffs. But wine just seems to me like it's a drink for old ladies. I could be wrong.

Getting drunk isn't cool anymore. A lot of that has to do with social media and people like Lindsay Lohan.
About 20 years ago you were a social outcast if you didn't drink. Now it's like the other way around.
A lot of people are going on juice binges/cleanses. This is why some brewers are adding fruit flavors to their beer.

I think fear has a lot to do with some young people's attitude to drinking these days, when I was a kid getting drunk and acting like a jackass I would be told about what I'd said and done by friends over the next few days, now if someone is the worse for wear with drink they can watch what they've done on youtube or have a video of it sent to their phone, after the rest of the world has seen it first of course. Fear and embarrassment can be a powerful deterrent for some.

Thank God that digital cameras were not around when I was in my 20s. :) Video tape cameras were around but they were huge so nobody wanted to lug them around.
