I was about 3/4 of the way through The Gunslinger, but haven't read it in months and I wanted to refresh my memory, so I started from the beginning again. I would welcome your company along this journey. Do you have the revised, or the original, version of the book? (I have the revised edition)

I do recognize the shirt - it was one of his favorites.

Mine is the revised edition too, I've just started it.

It really was, he loved it.

Thank you, not_nadine. Thank you for your kind words about my son. As the one-year mark draws near, it helps to be welcomed into his SKMB family, it makes me feel somehow closer to him. I will take the Journey to the Dark Tower, with Nate encouraging me along, knowing that he would want me to experience the same adventure he did.
