I am not familiar with his copy of Pet Semetary and am wondering if it was sold with the holographic eye sticker or if someone has put it there? Anyone? Thanks for any help.Is this sticker supposed to be here!

Just guessing here, but as the sticker is slightly off (not perfectly straight) maybe it was just stuck on there?
Mine's HB, but it's a first edition (only because I'm so stinkin' old--it's my original copy and it's hammered from being read over and over and over and...;D), so no help there. This looks like a kid stuck it on, however (though I do like the shark image right below Kirby MacCauley's name--lol).
