Yes, indeed! There was a lot of false labor leading up to delivery but once he decided it was time, it went fast. The nurses called it a "drive-by delivery" as it was only 15 minutes from the time he was officially admitted to when he was born. They'd been in the hospital maybe 25 minutes total. My daughter was in labor but thought she still had plenty of time so went to work and stayed there until 7 PM, drove the 45 minutes back to her house and her water broke just as she was turning onto her street. A bit of a panic situation when she got here getting her husband and their hospital bags but fortunately the hospital is only about 10 minutes away. He was born at 8:25 PM. Had she stayed much longer at work, she would have been having the baby by the side of the road!
Whoa!...poor girl.
....Braxton Hicks.......the worst misery beside labor....for me it was...
Fires put out and bullets dodged, good for her and daddy! :)
So very glad all are safe and sound. :)

Congratulations and glad everyone is doing well. I was told you love your children, but you are in love with your grandchildren.
That's mostly true. I think it could be said (if being honest) that you still are in love with them but you don't like them very much when they're in the middle of a temper tantrum and you're trying to get them to do whatever it is they don't want to be doing, i.e. bath, bed, daycare, etc.

....add my congratulations to the heapin' helpin' of same!....all Tracy could say, when I told her the size and weight was "OW"......
Apparently they'd measured him wrong at the hospital as he was only 21" yesterday when he went in for his first pediatric appointment and not likely that he'd shrunk, but still a good size baby.
