It doesn't seem Lost was influenced by Twilight Zone either, but by Cast Away (the Tom Hanks movie), Survivor (reality show), Gilligan's Island and Lord of the Flies.
There are a ton of references in Twin Peaks to old movies and shows. The one-armed man is a nod to The Fugitive television show. One Eyed Jacks is the name of an old movie. Heck, intentional or not, two of the actors were both in West Side Story! You just have to look for the little inside jokes and nods that are everywhere in Twin Peaks.

I’m a classic Twilight Zone elitist, it’s one of the few TV shows I’m entertained by. But... there are a few good episodes in the 80’s version

Russ Tamblyn who plays doctor Lawrence Jacoby, plays Norman Page in the 1957 film version of Peyton Place. The tv-series was made later in 1964. There are lots of series, movies and tv-movies based on it:

But, yeah, beyond that, they probably put a lot of references to their favourite movies and shows in, but they're probably before my time and too obscure to recognise them.
