Thanks Spidey, I am a June baby as well, but I kind of always thought that maybe I was imposing on people's time having them do the happy birthday thing.. I think the monthly deal is quite fine as an idea. I also felt like sometimes I was missing people, or people that I didn't even know I wouldn't respond because my time was pressed, so it made me feel bad.. whatever the outcome is, it has been a real pleasure, getting and giving birthday wishes to you all.. no doubt about it the skmb is one special place..

Oops, I didn't see this thread before replying to individual birthday threads for June... (Now reading this ... I thought we weren't going to be doing that?
I think I prefer the less work option, but that's because sometimes there are a lot of threads to read.)

This is how I feel too if birthday threads are posted during hours when I'm not moderating and then I miss people, it feels awful when I post in some birthday threads and not others.... you said exactly what I was thinking, Mike! (& happy birthday to you!)
