Anyone remember the Tylenol tampering case? Late 70s I think it was. Don't believe anyone was ever held accountable...but I think that is one reason why the assorted bottles have the seal on top...seal broken...don't use. What was it, 3-4-5 people died after using Tylenol that had been...something...cyanide was put in the capsules? Chicago area.

I think this was attributed to a wife who killed her husband. But she tampered with a bunch of boxes so it would seem random. I might have that totally wrong. But something is tugging at my memory of it.

I've never heard that! My husband and I were just talking about that the other day and wondering what happened with it :)
