I am glad we are where we are. Low population and plenty of wide open spaces to go explore. We are not under a complete lockdown here so we are really thinking about a day trip this weekend to go hiking or something. Get out of the house and DO something.

There is this article I keep seeing pop up on fb for a few days now that says Wyoming people get an F for not staying home during this. I think it is unfair to compare our state to a higher populated one. We DO have the option of getting out and still complying with the social distancing stuff, because of all of our wide open spaces. How do these data collecting fools not take that into consideration. It is irritating to me to have stuff like that put out there that make us look bad.
Don't feel bad - it's the same here - Manitoba also has a low population plus wide open spaces to go explore

FB is really dumb sometimes

My cousin and I have been taking a hike at least once a week so that's helped with the cabin fever a little. :)

Possibly but there are many different tribes here so hard to tell.
The Apaches aren't too different from the Highland tribes actually, more or less the same moral code and structure to them. Same outcome as well unfortunately ... But yes, many Apache tribes, I used to think the Mohicans were that Arizonia way but I remembered that they are Wisonsin way I believe. Funny story, the highlanders, in the eighteenth century, were called the Apaches of Europe. Mainly because they refused modernisation, it was said that in the Highlands it was 1694, while in England it was actually 1901, the Highlanders were centuries behind in terms of technology. I dont really have the honour of calling myself a Highlander though.

There are apparently 21 federally recognized tribes in Arizona but Mohicans are an East coast tribe, primarily NY, southern VT and western Massachusetts.

If you are interested in Indigenous people you should visit us here:

Manitoba is located in the traditional territories of the Cree, Dakota, Dene, Ojibway and Oji-Cree First Nations, as well as the Metis nation. Also, Winnipeg is located in Treaty 1 territory. It is no wonder then that Manitoba’s capital has the biggest Indigenous population of any city in Canada (Indigenous Peoples of Manitoba, a guide for newcomers).

According to Indigenous and Northern Affairs Canada, there are 63 First Nations in Manitoba, including six of the 20 largest bands in Canada. There are also five First Nations linguistic groups: Cree, Ojibway, Dakota, Ojibway-Cree and Dene.

If the girl ain't got a cold, should be fine, right?
See that's what he says. But I don't know who she has been around or her family, who they have been around, that domino effect thing.

I have asthma and auto immune stuff so I have to be careful. I am already exposed to more than I want to be just because he is still working and so is my husband. Grateful and thankful that they are still working, but it could be bad for me if they drag something home with them.

That's ALL I've bought!......plus chips, popcorn, a case of the new cherry vanilla coke, a case of cherry lemon sundrop, and grape Mio.
If I'm gonna be grounded for 30 days, I'm catching up on Better Call Saul, and filling up on junk!! :biggrin2:

......oh yeah, it's day one and my bathroom and kitchen sparkle, the living room is neat and comfy, basement cleaning begins tomorrow.
After that, I'm attempting to sew an old fashioned scrappy quilt, just like Grandma made. (I think I got the name right.....you'll have to ask Dana Jean)
Feels good to get domistic and fix everything up, nice and have it all the way you like it, doesn't it? :)
