That's cool! Yea Jonelle is now 7 almost 8 and Dominic is 3. I have just been helping my daughter with her home work a lot & stuff. My dad passed away in 2017 so im just trying to keep my mind off of that too.

So - this Friday will be my 7th anniversary here - time sure flies when you're having fun, huh?
It's funny but I never considered what life would be like without the SKMB - it is starting to sink in that we are on a downward spiral - heading toward the end.
I'm very happy for Ms. Mod but I will miss all the people I've gotten to know over the years.

I haven't joined yet but it sounds like a lot of them are taking advantage of the Weekend Playground so you'll be able to keep up with those friendships even after the SKMB is shuttered.

We have had an expensive few days. Evan had 2 flats on his car. Not just flat but ruined. Punctured in the sidewall. He says he did not run anything over and school says no one approached his car in the parking lot based on cameras. Had to buy him a new tire and will need to buy another so he still has a spare.
Miss Cookie had an allergic reaction to a new collar we bought her. Have been following vet advice (just phone advice) for 2 weeks, giving her antihistamine for itching and keeping her neck bandaged. But she got her bandage off yesterday and scratched her poor neck raw again, it was 85% healed! RAW. It was a bloody mess and so were her paws. So a trip to the vet. Antibiotic and pain meds given and a creme to put on her poor neck. She is rebandaged and they told us to get booties so she cannot scratch but they do not stay on. She is less than impressed with us right now but she also does not want to be away from us. Our poor Cookie!
And it is snowing. *$!%#@!! Where is that stupid little groundhog hiding out?

cat in the bag, Cat, don't they use those cones around the neck to keep healing wounds safe from self mutilaton? I have cats and dogs that were treated like that.
