I wasn't exactly sure where to post this but my heart is very heavy this week. For years and years we all trained for this then hoped like hell it would never happen, but now it has. Please keep Officer Stephen Carr, 27 years old, of the Fayetteville, Arkansas police department in your thoughts this week. He was a good kid, I didn't know him personally, but all the officers I've spoken to said he was a kind, respectful, courteous police officer who served the citizens of Fayetteville with honor and loyalty.
Officer Carr was ambushed and executed in his patrol car as he sat outside the police department waiting on his partner before starting their shift. I won't mention the name of the perpetrator but he was shot and killed by two other officers who heard the shots and ran outside to confront the danger. This happened in the police department parking lot, not out in the city somewhere, in the very parking space that I've walked thru a thousand times, where I've stood and shot the breeze countless times with numerous officers. The suspect decided that he wanted to kill a police officer, not anyone specific, just a police officer wearing a badge and uniform. Why? Officer Carr did not know the suspect an the suspect did not know the officer, but officer Carr was shot and killed because this misguided lone wolf wanted to strike out at the government and the way he chose to do so was to execute a 27-year old police officer just trying to start his shift. Please keep Officer Carr and his family in your thoughts this week and also the other officers and civilian employees of the Fayetteville Police Department. They have to keep answering and responding to police calls all the while carrying a heavy burden that one of their own was killed senselessly. A gunslinger has gone to the clearing at the end of the path, may he have peace there and keep watch for his brothers and sisters.

Patrol Officer Stephen Carr, Fayetteville, AR Police Department, END OF WATCH 10-7-2019 2142HRS.

Yeah, but ones needs to be all nice and kind and gushy in that thread. Yuck! :)

(Black Sabbath was never as good without Ozzy. I saw them play live with Ozzy)
I know, I also just despise nice people, who even likes them? Also managed to catch Sabbath on the 13 tour, great show, Iommi is god. But I would argue that Heaven and Hell is as good as anything Sabbath put out with Ozzy, wouldn't you agree?

The song is good but not in the same league of Ozzy. I’m not a fan of replacement singers. AC/DC pulled it off, as did Genesis. Van Halen almost did.

Love Peter Gabriel Genesis, never liked Sammy in Van Halen.
