GNTLGNT WOW! That was the most well thought out, 'in your head' carefully crafted, chilling conclusion EVER! I say again what I said before you impressed the rest of us to death, we are dripping from the ashes! you did it soooo MASTERFULLY and Skillful. Bringing the paranormal investigators into that moment was absolutely Brilliant and your general knowledge around them and what they do was also extremely Impressive to me. It was absolute perfection. Thank you for such a beautiful ending.

from the first words ........ It began with the voices. to the very last ... silence fell once again. It was a Bone Chilling Masterpiece and I'm thrilled to have been a part of it ! :love_heart:

I wasn't at all sure about introducing new characters so late in the day, but Mr. Cranky's part set things up very nicely and GNTLGNT simply smashed it out of the park. Awesome writing there, big fella, you have a real talent.
And I know I've expressed the sentiment before, but it bears repeating: it's been a real privilege to write alongside such a brilliant and talented group, and hopefully I'll have the chance to do so again.

Nice job GNTLGNT. Not easy wrapping up the end but you did it nicely, incorporating all the writers thoughts as well. I can see you really put some effort and thought into it and we couldn't have asked for a better finale. Great writing with you again!

Yay! There's joy in Mudville! Casey may have struck out but Mikey didn't :) Excellent conclusion. Your writing style is a little bit Lovecraftian - very eldritch - I like it :)

All y'all wove an excellent story! It was a wonderfully scary read :)

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!
....That is high praise indeed, and I thank you for the good words.....

These things need to be okay'd by Marsha first.

We did have a Valentine Story one time. Spideyman , have we done a Xmas edition before?
Never did a Christmas SKMB story. I believe the thoughts were many were busy with planning family gatherings due to Thanksgiving, school holidays, and then December's mad rush. Not sure of SKMB closing holiday schedule. If I recall we closed for a period of time before and thru the New Year.

Aaaah, yes, that was it. I knew there was a reason for not attempting it then and why we did a Valentine one. There will be closings for both holidays, so too hard to organize that Nomik.
