Ok so joyland wasnt one of my top favs. To me it just wasnt a page turner,for me it just didn't have enough mystery or horror or anything until the end. I had a hard time keeping interested. Was it a bad story?no it was ok,just not sk best work

I liked it. It was a bit of tearjerker near the end and I liked the love story aspect of it, the whole coming of age story and going out on your own into the world.

His description of the boy in his mascot costume was very good as well.

Dont get me wrong it wasnt a bad read i thought the ending with them having it out with lane was fantastic, i guess im used to sks more up beat hold on to your seat storylines. Its just not one id be in a hurry to re-read, does that make sense or do i sound like im babbling? Lol
