Hello from Australia.
I've been a King fan for many years. When I was younger, I couldn't go see Carrie so I did what I did with a lot of movies.. I read the book instead :) Not sure quite how it progressed from there, but I do remember my mum being a fan and so I would pick up the books when she finished them.
Fast forward several years and I had my own web page dedicated to Sai King's work. It was through that page that I met Rocky Wood (RIP) and David Rawsthorne and together we worked on a little project called the Complete Guide To The Works Of Stephen King.

I have it on CD Limited Edition May 2003

copy 309 of 500 signed by all three on paper enclosed cover sheet.
SK: Uncollected, Unpublished? I have the limited edition also but mine has the 2005 copyright date. Maybe it's an updated edition? Here's a pic of the cover but mine does NOT say Updated and Revised on it:

The CD was the fore runner and included all of his fictional work. The amount of info in it was way too much to do a book, so the book included only unpublished work.
Oh, now I know what you're referring to. That was the cd, not an actual book, that was filled with tons of information. I forgot about that.
