New releases of older books!

Hi. Does anyone know if the NEW releases of It, The Dark Tower Series, Dead Zone, etc are the same as the original books, or are they different? I know there is a new dvd of It and a TV series for The Mist coming out which will be new, but just wondered about the actual books. Thanks!
