Oops...I missed this first step. Sorry..... How do you go about posting a new thread on here and before a new thread is posted should search to make sure someone else hasn't started one on the same thing?

There is a search box up in the right hand corner. You can plug in a keyword there and see if it pulls something up. Also, just a general look around gives you an idea where things need to go.
There are threads for all sorts of things, it's just a matter of familiarizing yourself with the lay of the land. And thank you for asking. We do appreciate very much when people try to find an existing thread, but we all are guilty of posting duplicate threads, or not putting something in the right spot -- it just happens.

Hello clyee0227 and Welcome! If search fails you the mods are usually quite good at spotting similar threads and merging them. If they do they'll let you know. I have no problems with 87 threads delving into the mysteries and origins of Pennywise. Some of that stuff is quite high falutin'. All the best, mal.
