Yes I read that one also. It was pretty good to. I think that is the one that got me back into grisham. Isn't that the one where the lawyer goes from BIG CORP to representing homeless
One I haven't seen mentioned here that I really enjoyed is The Testament. I haven't read A Painted House, but I think I'll look for it. It seems to be well liked here. 
Yes and it is written just like it it! He was right on the money....having ran an intox shelter myself for the homeless.

I just bought 'The Street Lawyer' this week; a hc in mint condition for $4.00 at a used bookstore. Every few weeks
I go to this store and they have several more Grisham hc's. All in mint condition; I think it is the same person
donating them. I've bought 14 so far...
Just got his new one, The Rooster Bar, as an early birthday gift. Can’t wait to start reading.
