I just started reading NOS4A2 yesterday. I'm very much enjoying it.
I thought it was Joe's best book so far.
Heart Shaped Box and Horns were both great too, but this had the edge for me.
Great story :)
Joe's work is great, I would say that N0S4R2 is my favourite, followed by Horns and then HSB.

On another forum I visit, a lot of the folks on there seemed to think Heart Shaped Box was his best book, but I would disagree.
For me, NOS4A2 is a much better story :)
I can probably get HSB from the library - I just liked the fantasy elements and the covered bridge parts of NOS4A2 - is Heart Shaped Book similar?

The above link is a good review - interesting - thanks for mentioning this other book! :cheerful:

Heart Shaped Box was more of an out and out ghost story.
There is a little more to it than that, but it didn't have the fantasy aspect of NOS4A2.
Also the "this is the good guy/bad guy dynamic" was a bit too simple (in comparison to NOS4A2) in my opinion.

That said, I still enjoyed it and would say it is definitely worth a read if you can find it :)
