Welcome to the message board irategirl, I don't have an answer on hand for this one but somebody else may know.
Would have to look back but it's been a LONG time since he's done any book signings in California and it may not even have been Los Angeles. I don't have just one place where I've stored all the book tour itineraries, so unless someone else can post a response sooner, it will take me a while to get that for you.

A list on thedarktower.org has one for Hollywood, CA on 11/1/06 as part of a tour for Lisey's Story. It does not specify the venue though.
