Ok, so I just reread Insomnia for the first time in a few years. I also just recently reread The Dark Tower (the final book). In Insomnia it says that just before Patrick's 18th birthday that he would save two men who needed to be saved if the Tower was to stand. I know that one of the men was Roland, but who is the second man?

He draws the Unfound Door that allows Susannah Dean to leave Roland's world. Thus saving her??
...that thought crossed my mind as well....could just be a momentary lapse in continuity that got past the proofreading stage....
