I love this book, I am half way through and it is getting so good. My favorite character is Gage and Jud, those two are so nice and kind. Yes Gage is a baby but the way he is described makes me love this character. It is very sad that Gage gets hit by a truck and dies, in fact I feel really bad for Louis (his father) because he was the last to feel him right before he got hit.Every now and then the book goes back to Gage's death as in Louis's thoughts. I love Jud's character because he is the wisest man in the whole book. Though if he maybe kept his mouth shut Church wouldn't have been resurrected, it would have been for the best if that damn cat didn't come back. Church is just more a butt hole now! One question I did have about the book is why doesn't Rachel want her daughter Ellie, to learn about death? Yes Ellie is young but I learned about death when I was 7. I think if Rachel wasn't so weird about death then maybe Ellie could understand it because when ever Ellie brings up death, Rachel just avoids the topic then Ellie starts to get nervous. So overall the book is getting really really interesting.
