I had a fleeting thought about the Night Flier when Inside View was mentioned-but didn't stop reading long enough to form any solid connection!

I think I was "on the lookout" because I reread The Dead Zone not long ago and had a fleeting thought about the similarity of the reporters when I read Night Flier, but didn't really catch on until SK's notes at the end!

Well Guys, I have a couple small questions for you. I have enjoyed discussing his stories with you. Do you want to continue to meet on Friday evenings? Is 9:30EST (8:30 Central) a good time still?

Agreed. I really need to re-read On Writing. I have read at least 20 books since reading it. My memory being the crap it is doesn't recall all the bits and pieces.Just to change the subject for a nanosecond-that's why I LOVE On Writing!
I can't always make it but I really enjoy the discussions I can make it to! So I vote yes!
Thanks guys. I am really glad we can chat about his stories too. But I don't want people to feel they 'have to' or drag things out if they aren't really into it.
I even work 2-3 Saturday mornings a month, but will always prioritize this if the time works well for everyone else! Most people have weekends off, so Friday nights should be a good time for a lot of people!
This is the highlight of my week-maybe we'll get more joiners in the future!
Cool. I am going to start a new 15 hour per week job next week. It will just be a little dough ray mi. I look forward to it too, enjoy reading the story critically and thinking about it.
