I always loved Popsy, probably because it felt justifiable to be siding with a vampire family.

Re-read this again the other day, and I really like it. It taps into that fear every parent has very successfully, and so after a couple of pages of tension when the transition of power comes I thought it was a great twist. I agree it's cool that you are on the vampire's side. The depiction of the child catcher hatching his plan at the beginning was more horrifying to me than his fate at the end.

It's a story that really makes you wonder... whether or not Popsy took the kid back to the mall for his Ninja Turtles. With a little guilt-tripping he probably could have gotten Popsy to shell out for the action figures AND the Party Van.
