I was just curious if Stephen King ever did an interview about whether he did or did not enjoy his portrayal in this episode. I just got done watching it for the n-th time. (Working my way through all the DVDs).

Quantum Leap was one of those shows that both my mother and I enjoyed watching together, for it's frequent message of how to fight evil with good, making right what once went wrong, etc.

Hardcore Leapers (never Leapheads!) believe that the Halloween episode or the Stephen King episode should never be referenced by title...kinda like the Scottish play. Also watching it causes three months' bad luck.
Maybe something to that! I think I've mentioned this on here before, but I have never successfully watched that episode in it's entirety. I've had visitors show up, phone calls that I can't ignore (pre-texting, you see) and once the power going out. I've seen the whole thing in bits and pieces, but never from start to finish in one sitting. o_O
