I had to call the power company today. It was (and is) a long story. The lady I spoke to was very business-like and matter-of-fact. At the end of the conversation, I thanked her for her patience and apologized for my inability to coherently explain some of the details. She said, "It will be okay, morgan" and my eyes started leaking.

I get it! I really do. Just the smallest little kindness makes my tender heart hug a little tighter.

I hope that isn't a sign of heart attack.
