Thanks. No, not using celery but I am using onion. Apparently red, yellow, and orange are no substitute for the green but I'm going to take your advice and use the yellow. Maybe I will like it as much or better. (I guess I could cut open the yellow and just taste it...you know me, I'm a genius.) ;)
I like the yellow, orange and red peppers - they taste sweet. I think the advice Spideyman gave should work though :tickled_pink::thumbs_up:

Thanks, Flake. He seems like a busy dude. I set him a PM a couple weeks ago letting him know The Institute was misspelled in the News section, but it hasn't been corrected. He's probably overloaded.
Wow - good catch! Normally I would notice typos but it's been a couple years since I left medical transcription

When I watch videos on YouTube on my Kindle I keep getting a message saying my browser is not compatible and needs to be updated. Some videos work, some don't; its frustrating and arbitrary. When I follow the steps to update browser I get a thumbs up saying I've already done it and YouTube says "you're all set! Enjoy!" ...but same results. I'm in a Catch-22. Any suggestions?
