Do you have a Kindle? Awesome e-readers, but not user-friendly if writing an email or posting on a message board. My keypad takes up half the screen which makes it difficult (if not impossible) to add spoilers or use anything on the taskbar. Spelling is a challenge because of Autocorrect. I prefer the laptop where I have more control. Nevertheless, I should remember to edit.

This summer has slipped right by me. :facepalm_smiley: School starts in 13 days. I have a senior this year. Have done NOTHING about senior pics. He says he does not care about having professional pics done. Marti has offered to take some. But I still think I want professional pics taken, too. Don't want to hurt Marti's feelings though!

Not worried about Alison. She has blossomed in Jr High. But am worried about my youngest, starting 7th grade, who has trouble making friends and "fitting in." I wish I could ensure he would blossom the same way Alison did.

What I really wish is to hit rewind on this summer and do things in a timely manner!!

i can see you wanting to do professional pics. tell your son you will buy him something he wants if he will do the pictures.

No I don't have a Kindle but if it is similar to my iPad, I can understand your frustration - it's so much easier to post on a large desk top computer.

Sorry I haven't been on here much but we did have intermittent service (both internet and TV) when we switched to Bell MTS from Shaw.

We are back with Shaw now and it's much better.

Women are treated here rather well by men... and those men are appreciated.

I, on the other hand, get death threats. :)

I'm glad I have 2 sisters. I don't know where I would be without them. I feel bad for women who don't have sisters. I know from experience that friendships between women can sometimes feel fake or forced. Those ties are often temporary. A lot of female friendships end when one of the women gets married or moves away. It's just not the same as having a sister.
