  5. Apps that can appear on top
Track down the app that needs permission to use a screen overlay — usually the app you were just using. When you've found it, tap the toggle next to it to turn it off, and you should be good to go.

In the spirit of going to places where he either has never been or it's been a long time since the last visit, out-of-the way places are being considered and coincidentally they had contacted Scribner about a book signing not long before we began the selection process.

Do u use "Keepsafe" ?
If yes, delete it.

This could help also
setting---> Developer option-->simulate secondory display-->off
