My favorite urbex channel posted this just now. He sets it up at the start but the walk-through is silent. The place was a Haunted House attraction withing the past several years. I watched this with an eye to haunting it; what a blast we could have! The third floor is a bit of a maze and the walls are still up for the most part. They did an excellent job of it. I've done mazes before and this is a nice one. Enjoy!
