Hi Prescott Fry, The SKMB Reading and Discussion Club is working its way through Nightmares and Dreamscapes book. Each Friday, we meet in the written works thread, N&D, with todays date. This Fridays selection is You Know they Got A Hell of a Band.
But if you are referring to Donald Millers creative writing study group, we are reading A Rose for Emily and Silas Marner.

That's the problem with book clubs, the signs on the doors always fall off and get stuck on the wrong door . I'll probably end up discussing the plot line of 'fifty shades of grey' with the janitor in the broom closet!

I tried to read From a Buick 8 but just cannot get into it. For me it's not as gritty or immediate as Christine, and I don't find the characters as real or likeable. Just saying. Love Christine though, that one is a ripper of a classic. Vintage King, and worth re reading several times over!!

Morgan will be leading the group tonight on the Four Past Midnight, The Langoliers 1.23.15 site. I received a call last evening, my mother will be having emergency surgery today, mass on her pancreas, bile duct ect...Father weighs less than 100 lbs. I am leaving now to take care there. Love you guys, take care,..don't know when Ill be back.
