Reading IT.

[Pennywise The King]

So one quick thing I have noticed about the book that's different than the movie is the order in which everyone gets the phone calls is different. And I don't think the little girl on the tricycle from th movie is in the book. I'm only on page 97. And have plenty of pages left lol. Hope everyone has a great day.

The TV movie had a lot of scenes that weren't in the book, and there are so many things in the book that didn't make the movie. You have a lot to discover in the book!

First time reading IT? I'm so jealous. You'll find that films often merge characters, or keep a scene but set it around someone else. I loved the movie, but the book is massively better.

I have watched the show several times, but it just cannot do justice to a great novel. I HATED the silver earrings part. Casting was pretty good, though.

I wish I was reading IT for the first time again, I will say though I read it for a second time not that long ago and it was first re read of any book I have ever read and I was really surprised how much I had forgotten and the ride was almost just as good as the first time, maybe even better because I knew all the main plot points and could focus more on the details and enjoy it in a different way, anyway you are definitely reading one of the best books he has written in my opinion and as far as leaving out scenes there's the one scene that you will understand why it wasn't on tv lol youll know what I mean when you read it!!!
